In an industry often dominated by gatekeepers, Ben stands out with his philosophy of abundance. "I live with an abundance mentality. I think there's enough opportunity for everybody," he explains. This mindset drives both his business and his relationships. "I'm more attracted to people who are transparent, open, and friendly," he says, highlighting the power of giving and collaboration.
Creative Deals, Extraordinary Results
Ben’s innovation shows in his approach to transactions. He puts it bluntly: "There's no wrong properties. Sometimes there's just wrong ownership." This thinking has produced remarkable deals, like trading a single-tenant condo for a portfolio of cash-flowing properties and securing a 20% return. "The cashflow has just been extraordinary," Ben notes, proving the potential of creative strategies.
Technology Meets Real Estate
Ben is also embracing the future through technology. "We use AI as much as we possibly can," he says, including a custom ChatGPT for acquisitions that streamlines deal analysis. Yet he stresses that technology doesn’t replace human connection. "At the end of the day, relationships and people-to-people is how we do business," he affirms.
Sharing Knowledge, Inspiring Growth
While Ben isn’t creating a formal mentorship program, he’s committed to education. "I do want to create more educational content," he says, recognizing a knowledge gap in commercial real estate.
